CalTeach is a component program of the Berkeley Science and Math Initiative (BSMI), which also administers Math for America Berkeley. The BSMI Advisory Board provides insight and guidance to support the further growth of both CalTeach and Math for America Berkeley. The Advisory Board is composed of UC Berkeley faculty, math and science education leaders, and local teachers.
