Jonathan is passionate about preparing a new generation of educators to embrace justice-centered teaching practices as a means to bring about social change. He has been a math teacher and high school co-principal, taught aspiring teachers at the university level, and is active as a parent organizer. Jonathan also works at the Oakland Public Education Fund, establishing partnerships and securing resources for Oakland public schools.
