Alumni who have received the Robert Noyce Teacher Scholars Repayable Scholarship through CalTeach Berkeley are required to submit postponement and/or cancellation requests on an annual basis.

Steps for Submission

  1. Download and print the Request for Postponement and/or Cancellation
  2. Complete the document according to your specific circumstances
  3. Scan and email the completed document to calteach@berkeley.edu

Qualified Teaching Service

Qualified Teaching Service must be completed in a high-need local educational agency, particularly a public secondary school. To determine whether a school meets these criteria, please use the Teacher Cancellation Low Income Directory.
